Our Coaching Programs & Offerings

We specialize in delivering leadership and executive coaching that helps leaders at all development stages unlock their leadership capacity, use that capacity to build out their leadership skills, and use those skills to unleash the capabilities in themselves and others. We approach our coaching as both a thought partner and accountability partner to our clients.  In addition to that partnership, the critical ingredients in each of our coaching engagements are confidentiality and trust; a coaching engagement cannot be effective without these.

Our coaches are certified and credentialed in coaching and have extensive experience in executive and senior level leadership positions prior to becoming coaches.  We embrace the idea, however, that great coaching is curiosity-heavy and advice-light; the extensive executive and leadership experience our coaches carry with them may serve as helpful context, but very rarely presents itself as advice.

Core Individual Executive Coaching Program

Designed for emerging to senior-level executives, our Core 1:1 Coaching Program unfolds in 4 phases across ~6 months and includes:

  • Dedicated principal-level certified & credentialed executive coach
  • 6 hours of 1:1 coaching over ~6 months (sessions are typically 1 hour, 2-3x/month)
  • Coaching Plan

  • Verbal 360-Degree Assessment with up to 5 1:1 coach interviews plus client’s direct manager
  • CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) Assessment (Top 5)
  • Coaching Plan
  • Coaching plan review with client and client’s and direct manager at beginning of engagement and a progress check-in near end (optional)
  • Digital Coaching Workbook to capture all relevant materials used during program

Designed for mid to senior-level executives, our Advanced 1:1 Coaching Program incorporates the robust Leadership Versatility Index (LVI) 360-degree Assessment from Kaiser Leadership.  The overall program unfolds in 4 phases across ~6 months and includes:

  • Dedicated principal-level certified & credentialed executive coach
  • 8 hours of 1:1 coaching over ~6 months (sessions are typically 1 hour, 2-3x/month)
  • Leadership Versatility Index (LVI) 360-degree Assessment
  • 2-hour LVI Assessment debrief and goal setting/coaching plan development (coach and client)
  • CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) Assessment (Top 5)
  • Coaching Plan
  • Up to 3 hours of 1:1 coach interviews with client’s direct manager, plus others not part of LVI 360 degree survey (i.e. investors, board members, etc.)

Maintenance Individual Executive Coaching Program

Designed for emerging to senior-level executives, our Maintenance Individual Coaching Program is 1:1 coaching delivered on an ad hoc or occasional basis and is a great way to continue with coaching support after completing our Advanced, Enhanced or Core programs.
