A message to those impacted/laid off in 2022

For those of you getting swept up in layoffs in the US, my heart is with you. My hope for you in this moment is that you are being treated with compassion during the separation, and that you are treating yourself with compassion as well.

While it may not feel like it now, forced job transitions can be an important time to get clear on the work you want to be doing in your ‘next. And, if you are leader, it can be an important time to define the leader you want to be. Your ‘next’ is yours to own.

To help you gain some of that clarity, I am sharing with anyone who has been impacted/laid off two tools I used in my leadership coaching practice:
